Software Testers Wanted at XECCA

XECCA is seeking skilled and experienced Software Testers to join our dynamic Software Testing team. As a Software Tester at XECCA, you will play a crucial role in the quality assurance phase of software development and deployment. You will be responsible for conducting both automated and manual tests to ensure that the software developed by our engineers is robust and ready for use, ensuring all bugs and issues are identified and resolved before deployment to our end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct automated and manual testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot bugs and issues in software before deployment.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure software is fit for purpose and aligned with requirements.
• Perform Happy Path and Non-Happy Path testing to validate software robustness.
• Utilize End-to-End Automation Testing tools, including Cypress and Selenium.
• Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test cases/plans.
• Use Excel and other Microsoft tools to generate detailed test reports.

Essential Criteria:

• BSc Degree or equivalent Diploma in Computer Science, Software Testing or an equivalent Software Testing qualification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a Software Testing role.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools (Cypress, Selenium).
• Strong problem-solving skills in troubleshooting automation software issues.
• Proficiency in creating and reviewing test cases and plans.
