5. Shift App Usage

If you are a user of Xecca’s employee shift picking application:

  • Managers and employers are responsible for setting shift rules, approving bookings, and managing access rights

  • Employees are responsible for accurately submitting availability and shift preferences

  • Xecca.net Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of posted shifts; this is managed by the staffing agency using the app

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, trademarks, and software code on xecca.net and our shift apps are the property of Xecca.net Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission, except where explicitly permitted (e.g., under a valid license agreement).

7. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or license:

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe)

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website or applications, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability
