The Role
Xecca is seeking a talented Software Developer to join our innovative and growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions, playing a crucial part in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will contribute to both new projects and the enhancement of existing systems, ensuring they align with our business goals. This role demands a high degree of independence, initiative, and the ability to solve complex problems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot and debug software, and participate in peer reviews and mentoring. Expertise in .NET development, Angular, and CI/CD processes is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop, and Maintain Software Solutions: Work with a collaborative team to build and maintain innovative software products for Xecca, ensuring they meet both business and customer needs. This includes involvement in new development projects as well as optimizing and enhancing existing systems.
- Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Involvement: Engage in every phase of the SDLC, from gathering and analyzing requirements to design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Independence and Initiative in Problem-Solving: Tackle complex challenges with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects and providing innovative solutions to complex software issues.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify, analyze, and resolve software issues using advanced debugging tools and techniques, ensuring our products remain high-quality and reliable.
- Collaboration and Team Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams—including product management, QA, and operations—to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable software. Contribute to peer reviews, share knowledge, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Continuous Improvement and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software development, and actively contribute to improving Xecca’s development processes, coding standards, and performance optimization strategies.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Produce clear and thorough technical documentation for internal teams and end users, maintaining knowledge repositories that support long-term success.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven .NET Development Expertise: Strong proficiency in .NET development, with a deep understanding of its frameworks, libraries, and best practices.
- 5+ Years of Professional Experience: At least five years of hands-on experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects across various industries and environments.
- Web Development Experience with Angular: Practical experience developing web applications using Angular, with solid knowledge of front-end development principles and creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- CI/CD Process Knowledge (Bonus): Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines is a plus.
