Job Overview: At XECCA, we are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Design Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will spearhead the development of innovative and captivating designs, ensuring a seamless workflow from initial concept to final delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with our fast-paced production and sales teams to bring ideas to life using the latest printing technologies, producing high-quality, impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, cutting-edge design solutions that align with our clients’ brands and visions.
• Lead and manage a small team of designers, offering guidance, support, and constructive feedback to ensure timely and top-tier project delivery.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and inventory control of XECCA’s state-of-the-art printing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
• Develop design proposals, mock-ups, and presentations to help clients visualise the final product before printing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients, understanding their needs and delivering creative solutions that exceed expectations.
• Ensure all designs and printed materials meet XECCA’s high standards of quality, adhering to client specifications.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to track project progress and ensure design elements are seamlessly integrated into the overall project timeline.

Person Specification:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a graphic designer, with experience managing a team being a plus.
• Relevant design qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• A diverse and impressive portfolio showcasing various design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong multitasking abilities and experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
